Over the last decade, hundreds of employers and thousands of employees in our 5-county region have benefited from more than $14 million through the Going PRO Talent Fund. These funds are part of a state program that employers can access only through Great Lakes Bay Michigan Works! and a proprietary orientation and application process. Eligible training may include blueprint reading, CNC certification, financial accounting, IT certification, process improvement and quality management systems, leadership or management training among others.
